I accidentally bought the wrong add-on and reached out for a refund the same day. From what I remember, support took quite a while to get back to me, and I felt like I kept getting passed around instead of getting a clear answer. It did get sorted out eventually, but based on how I remember the whole thing, it wasn’t a great experience.

I use flightsim.to often, and the update management is one of the few things I actually really appreciate. It’s nice being able to see which addons need updates without hunting through a bunch of pages. That said, I do get annoyed when something doesn’t show up how I expect or takes a bit longer than it should, because that stuff stands out right before a flight. Most of the time though, it works fine and saves me a decent amount of hassle.

I’m on Flightsim often looking for MSFS add-ons, and the search does a solid job most of the time. The filters are handy too, especially when I’m just trying to narrow things down to liveries or scenery in a specific area. That said, the results can still get a bit all over the place sometimes, and I do wish it would remember my filter choices better. Still, it definitely saves me time, and more often than not I end up finding what I came for.

I tried downloading a few add-ons, but the whole install process turned into a mess for me. There were folders, zip files, and not much clear guidance, so I kept getting stuck and then waiting around trying to figure out what I was supposed to do next. Maybe it’s fine if you already know your way around this stuff, but for me it was confusing and frustrating.

Yeah, it’s been smooth for me overall. Downloads are easy, and the site feels safe enough... no real issues so far...

I had a good experience overall. The policy information was clear and helpful once I found the right section. It did take me a little bit to figure out where everything was, but when I got there, the details were easy to understand.

I used flightsim.to for a while, but over time I started feeling less comfortable with it. The whole account setup and download process just gave me a weird feeling, like security maybe wasn’t being taken as seriously as I’d expect.
Maybe I’m overthinking it and it’s been totally fine for other people, but it felt risky enough that I ended up deleting my account and won’t be using it again. Has anyone else had the same kind of concern?

The community is good overall. People usually reply fast and actually share fixes that help, which is more than I can say for a lot of places. That said, there are still a few small issues here and there that can get a bit frustrating, but at least the people make it easier to deal with.

I’ve uploaded a few liveries on flightsim.to, and overall the creator support has been really decent. I ran into a small problem with one of my file pages, and they got back to me faster than I expected. The website itself isn’t perfect and can feel a bit clunky in places, but it’s nice that the team actually responds and tries to help when something comes up

Downloads are quick most of the time. I’ve only noticed it slow down once or twice, so nothing too annoying. Overall it’s been a decent experience for me...

I signed up for premium because I figured it would make browsing and downloading addons way less annoying. It did help a little, but for what I was paying, I expected a much smoother experience.
Some downloads were still slow, and the site itself felt clunky at times, which had me thinking, how is this okay for a paid service? Unless you’re downloading stuff constantly, I don’t really see the value. I ended up canceling after a month.

I bought a scenery add-on on flightsim.to and the whole payment part just felt really smooth. I used my card and there wasn’t any weird delay or random error popping up, which I definitely appreciated. The order confirmation came through right away and the download was available quickly after that. It all just felt simple and solid, in that way where you don’t really think about it because it works. No complaints from me.

I had a download that wasn’t showing up in my account, so I reached out to flightsim.to support. They got back to me the next day and ended up fixing it without turning it into a big hassle.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that it wasn’t super quick, and having to explain the same issue twice felt avoidable. Still, they were friendly, helpful, and got it sorted in the end, so I’m happy overall.

I’ve only had a couple things go through moderation, so maybe I’m not the best judge, but they seemed to get checked fast. That makes it feel fair to me, since if it’s quick then I guess they’re probably paying attention.

I’ve been using these addons for a bit and overall they’re solid. The quality is mostly good, though there are a few rough edges here and there that could use some polishing. Still, they do the job and I’m happy with them for the most part.
